Bookings:
Bookings for individual packages can be made every day by e-mail messages or filling the booking form.
Please note that we're an agency and we sell the Scala tickets only in complete packages with hotel stay.
Payments:
- The rates do include: Vat, taxes, services, travel agent commission
- ticket for a performance at the Scala Opera House, hotel stay
- Extras in the deluxe package: private guided city tour, dinner, cocktail with finger food, welcome drink and gift box.
- Payment of 50% deposit at reservation confirmation.
- Payment of 50% settlement one month prior of clients arrival.
- Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that there is an extra fee of 3% for credit card payment.
Note: The Scala Gift Box will be sent to the client after the settlement. If the client requires the delivery of the Gift Box before the scheduled date of the settlement, even the payment of the settlement will be anticipated to a week before the date requested for the delivery.
Cancellation penalties
- 30% for cancellations transmitted at least two month before arrival date.
- 50% for cancellations transmitted at least 30 days before arrival date.
- 75% for cancellations transmitted at least 15 days before arrival date.
- 100% for cancellations transmitted less than 15 days before arrival date.
