• In case you want to arrive the day before the performance the program can be tailor made according to your needs.
• An extension of stay is possible. Other services (transfers, dinners, guided tours) can be booked on request.
• The rates are per person in double room including current VAT are valid for minimum 2 paying guests in double room.
• Applicable vat and/or taxes may be subject to modification without prior warning  due to possible changes in government regulations. Rates will be revised accordingly. In case you are interested in other performance and dates please do not hesitate to send us a request.
• This is a general offer not a contract.
• The confirmation of the rates are subject to availability and to the travel date.

Payments conditions:

• Payment of 50% deposit at reservation confirmation. 
• Payment of 50% settlement one month prior of clients arrival. 
• Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card. 
• Please note that there is an extra fee of 3% for credit card payment.

Cancellation penalties

• 30% for cancellations transmitted at least two month before arrival date. 
• 50% for cancellations transmitted at least 30 days before arrival date. 
• 75% for cancellations transmitted at least 15 days before arrival date.
• 100% for cancellations transmitted less than 15 days before arrival date
